    Harry was successful co-counsel in Hearing Clinic (Niagara Falls) Inc. v. 866073 Ontario Ltd. et al, one of the longest commercial litigation cases (72 trial days) ever tried in Niagara. The Honourable Mr. Justice J.W. Quinn, the presiding judge in the Hearing Clinic case, concluded his 325 page Reasons for Judgment with the following: “By way of conclusion, I express my appreciation to all counsel for their diligence in this case.
