Glenn began his career articling with Chown Cairns in 1970-1971 and stayed on as a Junior Solicitor until 1973. In 1974, Glenn became a Partner of Chown Cairns specializing in the areas of real estate development and corporate/commercial law. Glenn left Chown Cairns in 1980 to pursue other opportunities as Secretary and General Counsel of a public corporation in Toronto. Glenn returned in 1986 to re-assume his position with Chown Cairns as a Senior Partner.
